Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues can occasionally happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
What to Do
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
- Clear photos of the damaged item

Replacement Process
